Peering Cats
The design of the Peering Cats illustration was inspired by illustrator Karen Obuhanych who runs kto Art. Throughout her work, there's a reoccurring design choice to create a dark silhouette of the cat with large bright ringed eyes, which I used as inspiration. When illustrating the environment, I wanted to fill the page with bright, yet muted toned, pumpkins as Halloween is just around the corner.
